Hi Tony, Trust me - you don't want such a manual. It is a sure fire way to screw your embosser up big time. Duxbury should drive it 99% of the time, and any specific problems or questions can usually be answered by your dealer, myself or via the duxuser forum. However, if you really do suffer from insomnia, and have a death wish to boot, go to the support link at http://www.indexbraille.com where you can find manuals. Just make sure you know what version of the firmware is in your embosser. The Braille manual in question was for configuring & formatting but none in Braille for actually operating The system! Now is there a manual say in a help file somewhere on the programme[s] or how can I go about accessing such an operating manual either in Braille or perhaps via the programmes of The Index or Duxbury? Any assist gratefully appreciated? Wonderful answering earlier, that is not now the problem at all.
