Hi Jackie.
I hav Office 2010 but it is a crack version. I generally don’t believe in
using crack versions but Word is the only thing I use and so I kind of resent
paying so much for the programme.
However, when I open Word it seems to open on pictures and I don’t know how to
rectify this.
Mandy.

Hi Mandy
But if they are DOCX files, perhaps you don’t have a version of Word that
supports them? That’s the only thing I can think of.
And yes, there is a new firmware version of the Focus Blue 5th generation which
you can download and install from the FS website.
Kind regards,

Hi Jackie.
The things I am attempting to open I have created myself and they have docx
after them.
Also, do you know whether the notetaker has been added to the Focus 40 yet?
Mandy.

Hi Mandy
What is the file extension of the document you are trying to open? I suspect
it is something Windows doesn’t recognise which is why you are getting that
message.
Kind regards,

Can someone tell me how to select what to use to open a document?
I find what I am trying to open, use applications and find open with but how do
I then search for what is available to use?
Mandy.
