I am so sorry Mandy, I didn’t read your subject line fully.  I thought you were
using outlook.  Sorry about that.

Hi Steve.

I have just tried this and it didn’t work for me – I presume the email has to
be open first as it seems to have to be open with the Windows Mail programme
before you can reply, forward etc.

Mandy.

Hi mandy,

If you are using JAWS, simply press Insert+A.  Then you can right arrow and
left arrow between all the attachments.  Press Alt Down Arrow to open the menu
to save, open, etc.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Opening Attachments in Windows Mail.

Hi All.

I have only just started having a problem with this – I have an attachment from
RNIB containing three attachments and I cannot find them.

I know they are there as I can access them on my iPhone.

Anybody help?

Mandy.
