Mo,

Yes, I installed this a bit earlier, and from what I have done so far, it's
accessible, both menus and documents, and the accessibility is already enabled
before you start it.

Very promising, at any rate.

Vince.

Subject: [access-uk] Open office now apparently fully accessible!

the following has been posted to BCAB, i haven't tried it yet but
apparently its fully working.

Hi all
Want a free and open source productivity suite? Look no further than
Open Office. The latest version 4.1 is now accessible out of the box. No
Java or any other complex things to install and configure! It's quite
funny actually the Writer Word Processor program may remind you of Word
95 to 2003. Anyway go to
www.openoffice.org
and look for Apache Open Office.
