[access-uk] Re: Online utility accounts

E-on send me bills in Braille. I have no idea why, as I've never asked for it,
can't read it and find it a nuisance that because of it my bills arrive late so
that I never get a prompt payment discount. Phoning them is a long-winded and
possibly expensive nightmare, though no doubt I could scratch around for an
email address. It's good to know that they can produce Braille, of course, for
those who want it.

Vince.

Hi David
How about Braille or large print bills.
I have British gas bills in Braille.

I will shortly be needing to move house and get involved with online utility
accounts and billing.

I would be very interested to hear of people's good and bad experiences in
this regard within the last few months.

TIA.
