Hello Catherine,
I've used Natwest online for some years. To log on, you have to enter a
10-digit customer number and 3 characters of an 8-character password. You
have to use a card-reader for some payment transactions; a talking reader is
available from them.

log-on process is, whether you need a talking card reader etc? I am in the
