[access-uk] Omnipage 18

I’m getting more and more PDF files and get so annoyed that I don’t seem able
to save them to any other format once opened. I’ve installed Omnipage 18 as I
heard it will convert and save to Word. I’ve now been told I can’t go any
further until I’ve opened a Cloud storage folder to put my converted files
into. It tells me to open a virtual file with an active internet provider but I
don’t quite understand what it’s asking me. Is it a created name, such as
Rogers Conversions, and my ISP default name, roger.south@xxxxxxxxxx, or
something totally different.
Could any Omnipage 18 users put me right on this one please.
