Sorry for the delay, I was trying to find a solution. It is is 2016 Pro+ 
version on a Win 10 Pro 64bit system
I ended up deleting the desktop app store and clearing the internet cache. I 
didn’t fancy re doing the registry, but opted for running a repair on MS Office 
and hey presto it now works fine!

Hi,

Hoping someone has a solution. I am using Office 365, but installed Outlook 
onto my laptop. Although I added a signature to the web based Outlook, the 
signature didn’t migrate across. I only use the one account, the same on both 
Outlook. When I try to add a signature on the Outlook loaded onto my laptop, 
file >options>mail >signature Outlook freezes and doesn’t open this option. 
Likewise for font type etc.

Currently I am manually changing the font type each email and pasting my 
signature in..... any ideas?

Running a Win 10 Professional system, Jaws V18 Pro and Outlook, not Outlook 
2016.
