The Office 2003 will install as normal.

You can grab SP2 for office directly from

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=57e27a97-2db6-46
54-9db6-ec7d5b4dd867

You don't need to apply SP1 as SP2 will have it's updates slip-streamed in.
