Office 2003 is said by Microsoft to work provided service packs one, two and
thee go on. They should try that first.

Subject: [access-uk] Office 2003 and Windows 7

Firstlyy, am I correctly informed that Office 2003 will work with Windows7?

If so, then a friend has an issue when installing Office2003 proffessional on
his Win7 system. What happens is that all his desk top icons become word
documents, that is, they turn red with a W against them. Anybody advise on what
he need to do in order to get a working installation of this software?

Thanks -

Andy
