[access-uk] Office 2003 Pro - Word

Hi
I've diinstalled and reinstalled the above I keep getting thsi irritating
thing on opening Word about macros and Visual basic and again when I am exiting
from Word. How do I get rid of these notices please? I do not get them when I
open PowerPoint.
