[access-uk] Re: OT but may be important for members

Out if interest, I called the number, and it didn't recognise my
number as being a Barclays account holder, and as I'm not, which would
make sense.

The most important thing to remember is that it's a big old urban
legend that you can be reverse billed by someone who calls you.
It can't be done.

Also, both myself and my partner have been called recently to check
recent transactions.
I made 3 transactions over the internet in an hour last week, and
within minutes the phone rang, I entered very basic details (nth
character of postcode, nth character of name).
They then asked me to confirm the 3 transactions I'd just done.

So it sounds like it might be legitimate, but never ever give out more
than the odd letter for any details, and especially never give your
CVV code to someone asking to "confirm" it.
