Ali, In outlook express, go into tools and options. On the read tab, you
will find a check box which says, "read all messages in plain text". If
it's checked, which I think it is by default, uncheck it, hit apply and okay
and that should sort it. I had the same problem with window-eyes but once
I'd done the above, it was sorted.
