Independence?  I couldn't work out how Toshes gave you more independence
than any other notebook <Smile>.

Yeah, I think it is. I think it's known for Toshiba laptops to have a 
shorter battery life, but that wasn't the reason why I chose Toshiba. It was

purely reliability, acceptance with screen readers, and, most importantly 
for me at least, independence.
