I'm not sure everyone will appreciate me saying this but I think you're pretty 
safe sending to the list as the list does not accept attachments which are the 
usual way that virus' get in from emails.

  they've got an email from both mine and my wife's account....nto sure yet if
  it's a virus sending out to everyone in our contacts or someone spoofing my
  email address - anyone else out there had strange emails from me?

  I know George not ideal still being the list when it looks like I've got a
  virus but I need you guys to help me out here..
