Hi Carol,
Best bet is to go to Symantec's Search link, and
simply enter the code, for example the LU1844 Mary
got.

It's a shame their URLs are so long.

George.

Mary,

If you can use GOOGLE, the very first item takes
you to the Symantec Knowledge Base where you can
start to wander through the various solutions. As
I'm not quite sure which is appropriate for you,
I'd suggest you look yourself if you can. If you
get bogged down, as I probably will too, I'll give
you a hand if you can write privately.

Hi,

I have received the following message YET AGAIN.
LU1844: This product prevented LiveUpdate from
updating it. Check your subscription status for
this product My subscription is fine until May of
next year. Does this mean I will have to
uninstall for about the fourth time? I am really
getting extremely tired of Norton. My last update
was Norton WMI and I am using Norton System Works
2004.

Regards

Mary
