[access-uk] Nokia C5 - Updating Software

Hi Everyone
I wonder if someone can advise me. I am relatively new to the world of mobile
phones. I have a Nokia C5 with Talks.
I understand from Nokia that there is an update for this phone. I tried to
download the update using the phone, but it kept losing the connection.
What is the best way to install the update and, is Talks affected?
I installed the Nokia PC Suite on my computer but have not had much luck with
it.
