Hi Maggie, To turn off custom graphics, do the following, and Nod will be fully accessible:- 1. Open Nod32 from the System Tray. 2. Arrow down to System Tools, and press right arrow to expand it. 3. Down to System Setup, and press Control Tab. Now you are in the setup options. If you arrow down once, you will probably hear Graphics On. If they are On, turn them off by hitting the space bar.
