Ibby answered with the contact details of Software Express. The man has, in
my experience, always known what he's talking about so that's the one to go
for. If your friend is correct and they have gone down the Swanee she's
without cover and her 3 year guarantee is worthless paper. Regrettably it's
a fact of life in this day and age.

Everyone on this group has been so helpful...but I'm no nearer, I wasn't
questioning the company but "Guide email" as my friend was told "Guide
mail
has gone bust" so she was a little worried about her guide guarantee and
free 3 year downloads. She thinks guide is the company but I thought that
Guide is the product and Software Express the company?
O What a mess she's in and No email/internet at all!
