[access-uk] No one else with this problem?

Everyone on this group has been so helpful...but I'm no nearer, I wasn't
questioning the company but "Guide email" as my friend was told "Guide mail
has gone bust" so she was a little worried about her guide guarantee and
free 3 year downloads. She thinks guide is the company but I thought that
Guide is the product and Software Express the company?
O What a mess she's in and No email/internet at all!
