Hello Sunil,
Before you install the new file, issue the Talks Off command, then
just install it. During installation the old file will be removed and
you will be asked if you wish it to be replaced with the new one.
Press key 1 at each screen, and when you're prompted where you wish
the file to be installed, pres down arrow for the memory card. After
installation your phone should be talking. Hope this has clarified
