Hi, in case people aren't aware there is now a beta version of the new BBC Iplayer and so far I love it. A few of the new features include;
* Login to save your settings * Viewing suggestions based on previous viewing and selected categories. * Choose the categories you want to appear i.e. audio described* favourites feature which will tell you when new episodes of your favourite series are available or previous ones are about to be removed.
Other features as well and well worth using as all extremely accessible. It also works well on the iphone and I think is already the default player when going to the iplayer site on your iphone although you can't seem to login to save your settings yet.
Just go to the iplayer home page and search for beta and you'll find the link. Peter
