I'll check into this Peter, but our understanding as
dealers, is that activating on exactly the same machine, say
after a reformat, should not count.

George.

George, what FS is doing here is giving the user two disks.
One disk for the program and another has a 20 digit number
that is registered to the seriel number of the product., you
insert the Activate CD and the 20 digit number is placed in
a locking code on your hard drive. Then, to activate the
software, you connect to FS. They check the 20 digit number
on your machine to make sure your number matches with your
product seriel code. If it's a match FS will send an OK back
to the machine. FS keeps a count of how many times you have
asked for an activation, quitting on the count of three, at
which point you are asked to email or phone FS.

Peter
