Hi Adrian,

I don't think there's a volume button on the net gem handset/remote. The toggle button to the right of the round button is a channel change toggle, I.E. press the top half and it goes up, press the bottom half and it goes down through the channels respectively. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct this e-mail.

HTH
Jim.

Subject: [access-uk] Netgem behaving strangely

Hi netgem users - mine is currently behaivng a little strangely,
sometimes when pressing a button shortly after having pressed another
one the second button performs the function of the first, EG if I change
channel and then turn up the volume when I press volume up the channel
changes.
Could this simply be the batteries in the remote being on the way out or
is it something more serious?

Cheers
