Hi all, here is a short review someone who owns one of these NC10's has just
sent me over MSN:
This machine gets the go ahead in every possible way. As somewhat of a
laptop junky, right through my school days till now, I wanted something a
little different. The Samsung NC10 is all it's cracked up to be and more.
It's fast, reliable, very quiet, stable, and the battery really can perform
for 7 hours. The screen is clear, the touchpad does what a touchpad should
do, though many people will find it a little annoying to get used too at
first,
the connectivity is fantastic, and I think the keyboard has to be one of the
NC10's best assets. It's firm and not at all flimsy as one might expect from
such a small machine. Ram is easy to fit, and I changed the 1 GB for
a 2 GB stick in no time at all. It's simply the case of removing one screw,
and if you have any familiarity with fullsized laptops, the spring-loaded
ram is just what you'd expect. No hidden quirks or issues to deal with, this
machine is a must have for anyone wishing to go for something a little
different. Whether you like to surfe the web, play the odd game, read a book
or take advantage of free Wifi at Starbuck's or your local supermarket.

Hi, Joikuspot will work with all networks, and yes, it sends
your 3G, or HSDPA internet connection out as a constant WiFi
signal for the laptop to pick up. It also supports WEP
encryption so that you can go somewhere public and use it
