Hi Eleanor, I honestly couldn't say, if it comes with a regular install of XP then yes, as there's a lot of steps to go through. However, if you can turn it on and boot into XP straight away, there's really no need. I can't find any info online about how XP comes configured on the unit unfortunately. I think I need sighted assistance to get it up and running. the man in the shop said about XP and choosing language etc and having to wait about 10 minutes while it went through its paces. Then he said about username and password. Do I need to put these in? I can of course. Would you recommend me getting someone who can see to set all of this up for me? Once that is done and Supernova goes on, I would then be more in control again.
