[access-uk] Nebula and Hal/Supernova

I think on this list someone was asking about using Hal or Supernova with
the Nebula card or USB box. I don't know whether the user had a specific
problem because that was not clear from the message, or whether they just
wanted a compatibility report.
I have carried out tests using Supernova and the Digi TV software using the
Nebula PC card and there are no serious accessibility issues I am glad to
say. All the tools you would need for viewing TV programmes, or listening
to the radio, and recording those programmes are very accessible.
There is quite a lot of what I call "verbal clutter" or "over talking", so
it could do perhaps with some mapping. But overall there is no reason why
someone could not use Supernova with the Nebula products with a high degree
of success.
