[access-uk] Nebula TV card requirements

Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question but do I need a freeview box on my TV
before I can watch or record stuff on my PC with the Nebula card?  I've got
Sky already but not Freeview but I'd like to be able to access freeview on
my computer.cheers
