[access-uk] Nebula DigiTV Problem

Hi Everyone

I have the Nebula USB DigiTV box plugged into my PC.  Until a few days ago it 
worked fine.  On Monday night I found it could get no channels.  On Tuesday I 
did an autotune and the channels are no longer in the order they were before.  
Also, some of the channels do not seem to have the numbers they used to have.

I checked Sort by LCN so that the channels should appear in numerical order.  
However, if I type, say, 718 for Smooth Radio, it is not there.  Most of the 
BBC 
radio stations have the correct numbers, except for the BBC World Service.

I have two questions:

1. How can I find out the channel number of these errant channels so I can key 
them in if I cannot restore them to their correct numbers?

2. How can I get the stations back onto the correct channels?

The channels on my Logik box and TV are correct so I would like the channels on 
the Nebula to be the same.
