I would suggest they delete the book and re-download it. this can sometimes
rectify that type of problem. other than that if it was myself I would do what
I think is called a hard reset but I'm not sure of the term, where I press the
home and the  on off button s together so that the phone turns off and
re-boots. if they still didn't work from me then I would contact the Apple
accessibility support line which is free of charge and 24 hour  Service.

Hi guys,
Asking us on behalf of a friend. They have purchased an audiobook from the
iOS books up. They can play the book fine on their iPhone running the latest
version of iOS, but when it comes to navigating chapters they’re saying that
when they tap on the chapter with one finger double tap it doesn’t do
anything. As in it does not load that chapter in start playing it. Is there
something they could be missing? Thanks Barry
