Hello, I gave up on the Braille statements years ago. They took so long to
arrive so I joined the Action line on the phone. This is where I can check my
statement any time. I get the print copy at the end of the month as usual.

Be confident in your assertions, that grade 2 braille statements are available
for a Natwest account. My oldest Natwest statement refers back to April 1981,
and is grade 1. However, in March 1989, the first grade 2 statement arrived,
and
have continued in grade 2 ever since.
