Hello Joe and all,
Be confident in your assertions, that grade 2 braille statements are available
for a Natwest account. My oldest Natwest statement refers back to April 1981,
and is grade 1. However, in March 1989, the first grade 2 statement arrived,
and have continued in grade 2 ever since.

Those of you who are with natwest do you receive Braille in grade 2? I have
requested my statements in grade 2 but they seem to think that there is only
one kind of Braille.
