[access-uk] NVDA - pros and cons

Hello everyone,
I am thinking of using NVDA (Non Visual Desktop Access) for my screen
reader. How does it compare to commercial screen readers? Also, our
desktop PC has multiple accounts set up, so would only wish to install it on
my account. Does it give audio access to the log-on screen?
