I don't know but it seems that NVDA is seriously not working well on Steve's
machine <smiles>. I didn't mean to be silly Steve, but you never know.

Wonder Steve then would it be good enough for say beginners or such but
not be so good for people such as using Access for example?
Can't be all that bad surely!

Could you please elaborate on your thoughts of NVDA?

Thanks

Tony

        Hi Chris,

Now you are being silly <Smile>. I downloaded it this morning,
deleted the
old version and tried it again. Still crashes within Outlook 2003
and 2007.
In fact, it crashes Outlook itself. Horrible program it is.

        All the best

        Steve

Please please try it again. Perhaps you are using an older version.
I cannot
prove this though. Mind you we are all different <smiles>.

        Hi chris,

I don't enjoy. It still can't access messages in Outlook 2007. If
you start
reading down, it crashes Outlook. It may be open source, but it is
the most
unstable screen reader I have seen for some apps.

        All the best

        Steve
