Hi Kevin, the software is downloadable from the RAIBC website, it is for the radio wouxun KG-uvd1p, two and seventy handheld. when on the site goo to reviews then page two, arrow down to the said radio, enter on that, and there is the program download at the bottom of the review. Some parts are accessible but the part I need to use to program the radio, is under edit. click on channel name and then your problem will start. Grateful if you can find away. Many thanks mate.
