NOKIA 6630 QUERYIan -

It's the same for most phones I believe. You change this when on a call, by 
using the left/right arrow[joy stick] for down/up. It will stay set to the 
volume level you left it at, for subsequent calls.

manual.  I'd like to alter the volume of in coming caller's voices going into
