[access-uk] NOD 32 advice

Hi all.
I've recently installed NOD 32 into my computer. On boot-up, the NOD 32
logo appars. Sometimes it is on the desk-top for a couple of seconds,
whilst other times, it sits there for ages. On these occasions, I think my
computer has stalled and re-boot. However, I was wondering if perhaps this
is normal for NOD 32?
Incidentally, when the logo is displayed, my keyboard is frozen.
Any advice very welcomed.
