Hi Barry,
Do you know if there is a way to find out if your surgery uses System Online?
Thanks.
All the best
Steve

I signed up to an NHS on-line app from my doctors called System Online several
years ago. I can’t remember the process other than getting a user name and
temporary password from my doctors. I then needed to change this to my own
password. Having used the on-line version for some years, I recently installed
the app on my iPhone and simply needed my user name and password. I can’t say
I’ve had any trouble using either and always order repeat medication and book
my own appointments through it. The process is much more convenient than
having to call my doctors or send in repeat prescription forms. If I have a
whim or necessity to do either in the evening or at a weekend, I can.
Cheers
B

Nor me. We shall see.
I only subscribed because my surgery advised me to and I though this would
prevent my husband from having to keep running to and fro with repeat
prescriptions.

Hi Alison
Yes, I have subscribed to this app and yes, I had to have help from my wife.
Even then, I had to wait a few days to be fully registered. I am still not sure
how much practical value the app actually is.

What a performance I have had today. I rang my surgery to organise a repeat
prescription and she advised me to sign up to the NHS app on my phone (it’s the
one with the blue square, she tells me unhelpfully.)
But, I did find it but it took nearly an hour to subscribe and I had to enlist
my husband’s help in the end as it required my NHS number, a picture of my
passport and a video with me saying a 4 digit number.
Has anyone else subscribed to this app?
