Hi Adrian.

Press windows I for settings, then enter on system, then down to notifications 
and actions. then tab to select which icons appear on the task bar. press enter 
then tab to always show all icons in the notifications area. press space on 
that then click home then press alt
F4 to exit. a mess but that's how its done.

The Kindle Paperwhite is a model of Amazon e-book reader, and 
VoiceView is the screen reader.

Previously the screen reader was only available on Amazon's Fire range 
of tablets.
