[access-uk] NETBOOK with dictation programmes

Hi, I have been contacted by a colleague with the following question, and
wondered if anyone could assist:
"I bought a 10 inch notebook but have discovered that its audio system (Real
Tech) is incompatible with dictation program such as Dragon
NaturallySpeaking. Real Tech is used in all the small notebooks. Have any
of you had a similar problem? Were you able to resolve it? If so I'd be
grateful to know how you did it".
