Hi Eleanor See previous post, but the message normally starts appearing after so many boots of the machine, and keeps reminding you each time you turn it on. There is also an icon in the system tray. I doubt your man in the shop would have bothered to do it then, but you never know, he might have been extra nice! (smile).
