[access-uk] N120 Recovery partition question

Hi,
Was thinking of going with this netbook, However due to it not having a
recovery CD, I am slightly sceptical.
I know the recovery partition is hidden, however is there any way to
explore the contents of this partition? I was thinking of making my own
custom install CD with the contents of the partition...
It's a real shame that Samsung didn't include a recovery CD because if
the partition is screwed up, your practically done.
