Hi Barry,
If you have been sent a message with an attachment, such as one or more pictures, it is easy to exceed the mailbox limit.

I've got to say, this is the first time I've seen it in ten years or using
OE. A friend told me that he had a message returned to him because my mail
box was supposed to be full. I thought it might be something to do with my
ISP but, as I'm on unlimited, I thought that this shouldn't be effected.

Barry, I've been using Outlook Express for five years now and I've never
seen that message. My deleted items folder has sometimes contained over two
thousand messages before I've remembered to empty it. I didn't even know
there was a quota. Sorry I can't help.

Cheers,
Sandra.
