Frankly I am more concerned that due to a system failure back at the end of June or the beginning of July, books added to the Talking Book library are not being added to the online Talking book catalogue and possibly the streaming service for which people have already paid. I have been very disappointed with the standard of communication on this matter. surely by now we can have a date when this situation is likely to be remedied. It is now 25 July, that's what I would call the end of July and not mid. So, it seems they can't even update their Website let alone contact customers.
