Sorry to reply to my own message, but the problem is now solved, I don't know what happened but when I sent the message to which I am now replying, I could not find cloudmark where it should be in Outlook Express, as it was not showing up.

However, it has now come back and is working as it should, therefore, as I said, the problem is now solved. Alexander Shannon
