Hi Andrew, I am pleased you mention this because I can't do it either.  I would 
like to move e-mails to a word folder so if anyone knows a way it would be 
appreciated.

Hi Lyn,  I am finding that this   doesn't work for some unknown reason I
tried it last night without success and again this morning and it just will
not do it for me.  is there another way that you know of please.
