[access-uk] Moving from favourites

Hi All,
I wonder if someone could assist me withis
one! 

I have my Podcasts in my, my documents folder but I today downloaded a podcast 
from the BBC website  which automatically went in to my favourites folder.

Now, how can I move it to the my documents folder, wher i would wish that to be?

I have tried the usual methods, of transferring  vbut to no avail.

I think that there are different ways of the system operating depending on the 
download!

Looking forward to someone coming to the rescue!
