Hello Peter,
When you are in a text field, either writing a text message or entering a
calendar entry, press the star key and you will hear Talks say select symbol
followed by the last one you used. Move the joystick left/right to move to
your desired symbol and press the joystick in to insert it in your message
or calendar entry. Left bracket is left of right bracket in the list. Hope
