There are still a few Nokia care point shops scattered around the country, but whether they'd be able to repair your phone I couldn't say. Nokia do have a repairs service, however whether they could repair your phone would depend on whether they have the parts and the repairs necessary, given that the C5 is an old phone now. Good luck, Ibrahim. -----Original Message----- From: Jim Williams Sent: Thursday, June 26, 2014 7:44 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: More Nokia C5 Woes Hi Jackie EtAl, Thanks for your responses, as I've been without of the phone for about 6 weeks through misplacing it, I will have to think long and hard before deciding. Elenor's view about getting my C5 repaired prompts another question. Several of the main phone shops, including Carphone Wharehouse, were not interested in even looking at the phone. It was Phone Exchange who came up with the repair option but I have heard some mixed reports about their service so can anyone recommend a reputable repairer.
