Colin

have you considered that the 'tingling' could be physical in origin due
to poor posture induced by squinting at the screen?

This can cause pressure on sensitive structures in the mid and upper
neck which can induce a range of skin sensations.
a similar mechanism to 'banging the funny bone' causes tingling in the
little and ring fingers.
